By Lauren

Feeling stuck in an exercise funk? Don’t worry, we’ve all been there! 💪

It’s totally normal to hit a plateau or lose motivation from time to time, but guess what? You’ve got this, and we’re here to help you power through! 🚀

Here are a few tips to shake off that funk and reignite your fitness journey:

1. Set realistic goals

Try out different workouts, gyms, PTs, classes, or even outdoor activities to keep things fresh and exciting. When it’s fun & you enjoy it, you’re more likely to stick to it. Get a few easy wins on the board!

2. Set realistic goals

Setting achievable milestones gives you something to work towards and celebrates your progress along the way. Whether it’s mastering a new move or increasing your endurance, every step counts. Plus – the dopamine hit when you reach your goal will make you want to push for more!!

3. Train with a friend

Everything’s better with a friend! Grab a workout buddy to keep you accountable and motivated. Training can be a lonely sport, and it’s easy to hit snooze when there’s nobody relying on you to show up. Meet a friend at the gym, and check in regularly to hold each other accountable. A rising tide lifts all boats.

4. Listen to your body

Rest and recovery are just as important as the workout itself. The magic happens IN BETEWEN your sessions. Don’t push yourself too hard and make sure to give your body the TLC it deserves. If you notice a niggle, book in for a treatment before it turns into something serious. Remember: you can’t pour from an empty cup & you’re way more liekly to get injured if you aren’t eating, sleeping & managing your stress effectively!

Remember, progress is progress, no matter how small 💫

So lace up those sneakers, put on your favorite workout playlist, and let’s crush those fitness goals together!

We believe in you! 💚
