I’m going on holiday – can I pause my membership?
Absolutely! We offer 6 weeks of pauses per calendar year for our members, with no fees associated. Drop us an email at hello@theperformancecentre.com.au or have a chat to the front desk during staffed hours.
Is there a sign-up fee?
No – we only charge a $30 fee for your fob key.
When can I use the centre? Is there a limit to how many times I can come?
You can use the centre as many times as you like, with 24/7 access. We will give you a key FOB when you join to access the centre outside of staffed hours.
I’ve signed up online; how can I collect my FOB key?
Welcome! You can visit the centre between 7am-11am or 3pm-7pm Monday – Thursday, 7am-11am Friday or 8am-12pm on Saturday to collect your key.
I know you do osteo appointments; do I get a discount as a member?
Do you offer PT?
