Annie can’t wait to be a part of your rehab journey!

She brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience having working with elite athletes in UK, Ireland and Australia. She completed her Physiotherapy BSc Honours degree in Glasgow Caledonian university and since then has completed further study in sports injuries, shoulder injuries, knee pain and Osteoarthritis, spinal injuries and Women’s Health.

Annie has a friendly empathetic approach, enabling her to gather all the background information needed to make a clear diagnosis to get you on your way back to optimal health.

Annie believes in using functional rehab and exercise combined with evidence based manual therapy to achieve your rehab goals. Whether you want to focus on a long term niggle that has prevented you from reaching your full fitness potential or an acute injury that has stopped you in your tracks, Annie will get you going again!

In her spare time Annie loves to get outdoors hiking, skiing, swimming, wakeboarding or you will find her in the gym training for the next triathlon. She has a keen interest in sports and will always be up for trying something new. Her passion for Physiotherapy came from her youth where she rowed at elite level for Ireland. Understanding the importance of a fit, uninjured, healthy lifestyle is at the forefront for Annie.
